Dallas is in Texas, in the South, where summers are hot and humid, winters are short, and severe storms in spring are a fact of life; businesses run air conditioning most of the year and many open early to beat the heat. Getting around Dallas is easiest by car; street parking is metered in busy downtown areas, and most suburban businesses have their own lot. Ride-share apps such as Uber and Lyft operate across Texas's larger cities, and public transit varies from extensive to minimal.

3 stars instead of 1 star only because I like the salmon bagel here. However, update or remove the WRAP if it's not sold anymore. Two times in a row, I've received this steaming pile (pictured) instead of the wrap shown on your menu and ordering apps. Just cancel the order if you don't have it! You can't just advertise one item and then send customers whatever you want. Wasted an hour waiting on this to arrive, and of course no one answers to phone to confirm or deny if this item is just out of stock or even offered anymore.

I had the egg, bacon, and cheese on a sesame bagel, and it was fantastic. The real standout for me was the egg ,cooked perfectly and honestly made the whole sandwich next level. The bacon was crispy, the bagel was fresh, and everything came together exactly how a great breakfast sandwich should. Pro tip: schedule your to-go order through their website ahead of time, especially on weekends. The lines get long for a reason, and ordering ahead saves a ton of time.

Loved the vibe of the place, staff not friendly but Iโm not sensitive. Food is upsetting. Got the spicy chicken Sandwich, the bagel and the few pieces of chicken I got were microwaved :((( really just made the whole thing soggy and just not edible- the microwaved texture on the chicken (which is not fresh) is yuck. I ended up take jalepnos off and giving it to my lab. For $11 , Wow! The bag says โmade freshโ so Iโm confused. Iโm Pregnant and was really looking forward to this! Maybe Iโll try again in the future and if Iโll Change my review if itโs a better experience! Iโm headed to Abbyโs bagels with a friend to get that craving ๐คฃ

Decent bagels, but way more on the dense & doughy side. Not fluffy or airy. Def go to shugs or starship if you are looking for better bagels. Cheap though! They were out of so many items when we got there though, so I would suggest going super early if you want a certain kind of bagel or spread guaranteed. The lettuce that they put in my bagel was unacceptable. ๐คฎ they have some bar seating available.

I come to Bennyโs Bagels at least once a week and have been doing so for the past four months, and I can confidently say I discovered a real gem. The food service is fast and efficient, I never wait forever for my order, and the staff is incredibly polite, welcoming, and consistent. They genuinely make my mornings better and set the tone for my day. The atmosphere is just as good, with great music playing while I wait, a spotless space, and an easy to access coffee station with a solid selection. I may regret sharing this, but the hazelnut cinnamon coffee is top tier and always part of my order. I stick to the same thing every time, the veggie riser on an asiago cheese bagel, and I cannot get enough of it. The rewards program is also a huge bonus, you earn points fast and I have already saved up enough for two free bagels. Great food, great service, and a great vibe every single visit.
